Lorenz Hackenholt, född 25 juni 1914 i Gelsenkirchen, var en tysk SS-officer; SS-Hauptscharführer.

Efter att ha tjänstgjort inom Nazitysklands eutanasiprogram Aktion T4 kom Hackenholt 1942 till förintelselägret Bełżec. I Bełżec skötte Hackenholt de dieselmotorer som användes för att förse gaskamrarna med gas. Han hade även uppsikt över krematorierna.

Efter andra världskrigets slut försvann Hackenholt spårlöst. Enligt vissa källor dog han i slutet av år 1945.^{[källa behövs]}

Vittnesmål

SS-Unterscharführer Karl Alfred Schluchs vittnesmål om Hackenholts delaktighet vid gasningarna i Bełżec:

”	After leaving the undressing barracks, I had to show the Jews the way to the gas chambers. I believe that when I showed the Jews the way they were convinced that they were really going to the baths. After the Jews entered the gas chambers, the doors were closed by Hackenholt himself or by the Ukrainians subordinated to him. Then Hackenholt switched on the engine which supplied the gas.	”
