Charlie Benante, född 27 november 1962 i Bronx, New York, är en amerikansk musiker, mest känd som trummis och gitarrist i thrash metal-bandet Anthrax. Han har också spelat med bandet Stormtroopers of Death. Benante är morbror till Frank Bello, Anthrax basist.
