Zombiefilm är en skräckfilmsgenre med zombietema, det vill säga de levande döda. Viktiga och stilbildande filmer i denna genrer är amerikanske George A. Romeros Night of the Living Dead (1968) och Dawn of the Dead (1978). En annan pionjär i genren är italienske Lucio Fulci. Splatter är vanligt i zombiefilmer.
