Potomac är en 670 km lång flod i nordöstra USA, på gränsen mellan Virginia och Maryland. Över fem miljoner människor lever längs Potomacs avrinningsområde. Potomac mynnar i Chesapeake Bay. Största biflod är Shenandoah River som rinner till från höger.
