The Carnegie Medal in Literature är en brittisk utmärkelse som tilldelas den bästa boken skriven för barn och unga vuxna läsare. Boken måste vara skriven på engelska och utgiven i Storbritannien och Nordirland året innan. Utmärkelsen inrättades 1936.
