Weather Report är en av de tidigaste och mest inflytelserika jazz fusion-grupperna. Gruppen bildades 1970 av keyboardisten Joe Zawinul och saxofonisten Wayne Shorter. Båda hade tidigare bland annat spelat med Miles Davis.
