Noiserock är en musikgenre som utvecklades under 1980-talet med rötterna från punkrock. Stilen kallas ibland "noisecore", dock så kan denna term även referera till snabb, distorterad hardcore techno och grindcore.

Historia

Bland influenser till den tidigaste noiserocken kan bland annat Velvet Underground nämnas, och då i speciellt hänseende till deras album White Light/White Heat.
