The water volumes located farthest out in space (~90% of all water) would give an outward-acting gravitational effect, as opposed to an "inward" effect, if most of the mass were located inside as presently assumed. The cosmological model proposed by Russel Humphrey[2] does not need any extra semi theories such as "dark matter" and "dark energy" like the Big Bang model does.
This new cosmological model by R. Humphrey would also explain the so caloled "distant starlight problem" (how could light possible have made it from so far distances to us, that is, more than 6000 light years, if the earth only have existed for 6 000 years).
